VoipCloud has many useful features that will help you get in touch with the people you need. From simply sending a voicemail to being able to make a conference call. So, to make things easier we have put everything into one page. Here, you can find a description of each feature and instructions how to use it.

Conference Calls

Set up a conference call with a number of participants.

  1. Dial your VoipCloud Conference Call Number.
  2. Enter your PIN number.
  3. Join the conference call with the other participants.
Voicemail

Listen to your voicemail from any phone, or get an email with an attached audio file; listen to your voicemail messages from your PC – at any time. If you are out of the office or on vacation, record a personal greeting.

Call Waiting

Call waiting lets you put one call on hold to answer another. If you don't feel like answering the other call, no worries, just let the call go to voicemail, and you can reply at your convenience.

Send A Message

You can send messages rather than call. In addition, you can ring a group - send a message to a whole group of contacts.

  1. Dial # and the contact's VoipCloud number.
  2. Select Call. Your message is sent to the contact's Voip mail box or email.
FREE 1-800 Service

Enables you to use the free 1-800 service most company's offer. Calling an 1-800 number is free only in the specific country. VoipCloud gives you the option to call as if you're in that country.

Do It Your Way

You have the freedom to use virtually any softphone, VoIP adapter, IP phone, Smartphone, or IP PBX system you choose, as long as it supports the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

Ring Group

You can ring a group of contacts all at once – speak to a group of people at once.

  1. Dial the number assigned to you by the VoipCloud administrator, then #.
  2. Select Call.
Manage Your Contact List

Allows you to manage your contact list (add contacts, edit contacts, delete contacts, etc.) Allows you to edit your incoming and out coming calls.

Call Forwarding

Incase you are not online and someone wants to get hold of you. It allows them to forward their voice message, so that you'll receive it the minute you are back-online. Therefore, don't worry about missing any important calls.
